Questions?
Q.
What makes DiCostanza's Hoagies so great?
A.
First, we follow the DiCostanza tradition of only using the highest
quality meats, cheeses, and bread. Second, the recipes we use today
are the same ones our family has been using since 1923 -- just the
right combination of spices, sweet and hot peppers, and again, lots
of high quality meat and cheese. We carry on the DiCostanza tradition
today -- and have many long time customers to thank for our continued
success.
Q.
How can I order DiCostanza's Hoagies?
A.
You can order your Hoagies right here online,
or you may contact us via phone or fax.
Q.
What if I'm not a local customer? Can I have Hoagies shipped?
A.
Yes, you may order your Hoagies via
our web site (or call us) and they will
be delivered overnight to a shipping address you specify.
Q.
How do you ship the sandwiches?
A.
We ship via Federal Express Priority Mail to arrive the next business
morning. We do not authorize Federal Express to leave packages without
a signature. Therefore, someone MUST be present to sign for the
package. Federal Express will make every effort to deliver prior
to 11:00 AM.
Q.
When you ship your Hoagies, how do you keep them fresh?
A.
Your Hoagies will be specially packed in "cold-packs"
to keep them fresh. Special techniques are used to keep the Hoagie
rolls from getting soggy. When your sandwich arrives, it will be
fresh and ready to eat -- and of course, delicious. We take special
measures to ensure the quality of our Hoagies. We are proud of our
family tradition of quality and work everyday to ensure it continues.
Q.
How do I pay for my Hoagies?
A.
We accept all major credit cards.
Q.
Can I order anytime?
A.
Yes, you can order 24 and 7 online,
however, your order must be received by 1 PM Eastern Time in order
for us to guarantee next day delivery. Or, you can call
us during normal working hours.
